Each personalized training session lasts for one hour, providing exclusive one-on-one guidance with your dedicated trainer. Tailored to enhance both existing skills and address areas of improvement, our workouts focus on strengthening your individual capabilities. Special attention is given to the specific skills essential for your current or prospective team position(s). While our primary goal is to refine targeted abilities, we also emphasize building a robust foundation encompassing all key basketball fundamentals. Beyond the training sessions, we highly encourage you to practice these skills independently, and we'll closely track your progress along the way.

Group Training

Our hour-long group sessions, accommodating 2-10 players, delve into fundamental skills essential for improvement. Tailored to individual player levels, these sessions strike a balance between challenging advanced players and providing manageable tasks for those with lesser skills. The aim is to a competitive spirit in all participants. The majority of drills emulate real-game scenarios, enhancing each athlete's basketball IQ. We highly encourage you to practice these skills independently, and we'll closely track your progress along the way. Group classes are thoughtfully organized based on both age and skill level.

Team Training

After consultation with the head coach, team sessions are customized to address those areas that the coach feels would best benefit the team as a whole. Team trainings are 90 minutes duration and will consist of a minimum of 8 players and maximum 15.

The Gun 8000 Series

The Gun 8000 Series is the most advanced basketball shooting tool available on the market today.  The Gun 8000 helps improve memory muscle by shooting repetition and by showing the basketball player their shot percentage from each area on the floor.  Whether elbow to elbow, slot to corner, targeted shots, 3 pointers to foul line, the Gun 8000 series is second to none.  Each basketball player knows immediately their shooting percent. From 17 different spots on the floor the player can instantly see their results.

Group focuses on Game Time situations. Learn the basic rules and concepts of basketball. Learn court layout and player positioning.

Beginner Groups

(9-14 Yrs.)

Ball Handling

Group focuses on basic ball handling drills while strengthening both dominant and weak hand. Learn between the legs, crossover, and behind the back.

Defense Work with Cardio

Group focuses on Defensive moves and Footwork with Cardio and Endurance Training incorporated. Learn man to man defense, zone defense, pressuring your opponent, the triple threat, and jab stepping.

Shooting

Group focuses on the fundamentals of shooting. Learn correct hand, arm, and foot positioning as well as the correct technique.

Finishing Moves

Group focuses on learning beginner level finishing moves. Learn dominant and weak hand layups. Learn how to shoot floaters. Learn to finish strong at the basket and off the glass.

Fundamentals of The Game

Group focuses on the fundamentals of Game Time situations. Learn to box out, set screens, make passes, rebound, and create space / get open.

Intermediate Groups

(10-12 Yrs. & 12-15 Yrs.)

Ball Handling

Group focuses on Intermediate ball handling drills in order to strengthen both dominant and weak hands. Improve your between the legs, crossover, behind the back. Learn the spin move and how to retreat from defenders.

Defense and Footwork with Conditioning

Group focuses on improving Defensive movement and Footwork while incorporated cardio and endurance. Improve your man to man and zone defense. Improve your ability to pressure your opponent.

Shooting

Group focuses on improving the fundamentals of shooting. Improve shooting form or get repetition.

Finishing Moves

Group focuses on improving finishing moves. Improve your layups and floaters while getting stronger at finishing at the rim.

Game Time Situations

Group focuses on improving basketball and court IQ. Improve your passing, screening, boxing out, and rebounding skill. Improved ways of creating space and getting open.

Group focuses on improving Defensive movement and Footwork while incorporating cardio and endurance. Improve your man to man and zone defense. Improve your ability to pressure your opponent.

Shooting

Group focuses on more Advanced Shooting Skills. Improve upon the basics while learning the Fade Away, and how to Shoot off the Dribble or a Screen.

Finishing Moves

Group focuses on more Advanced Finishing Moves that engage both Dominant and Weak hand. Improve on the basics while learning the Euro Step, Pro-hop, and Spin Move

Mastering The Game

Group focuses on improving basketball and court IQ. Continue to Improve your passing, screening, boxing out, and rebounding skill. Improved ways of creating space and getting open.
